• Email address or authentication information used to create or sign in to an account
• A user identifier created by the authentication provider

• Agenda items

• Saved event locations you choose to attach to an agenda item

Location information

• The app may request location permission when you interact with the Agenda location search field
• Location is used to provide nearby address and place suggestions
• The app does not continuously track your location
• The app does not use background location
• The app does not use geofencing
• The app does not store your current GPS location
• If you select or enter a location for an agenda item, that saved event location may be stored as part of the agenda item

Device and usage information

• Basic app usage and diagnostic information may be collected to improve reliability and performance
• Crash or error information may be collected when provided by the tools and platforms the app uses

Payment and subscription information

• Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store
• We do not receive or store full payment card details
• We may receive subscription status or purchase entitlement information needed to unlock app features

• Save and display user-created agenda, bill, birthday, and list data
• Provide reminders and notifications
• Offer nearby location suggestions for agenda events
• Open directions using your device’s maps app

4. Location Information

Life Tracker AI only requests location access when you interact with the Agenda location search feature. Your location may be used temporarily to make address suggestions more relevant to your current area. We do not use background location, geofencing, or continuous location monitoring, we do not continuously track your location, and we do not store your live GPS location in your account. If you save an event location, that saved location becomes part of the agenda item so it can be shown later and used to open directions.

5. AI Features

Life Tracker AI may include AI-assisted features that help organize information, generate suggestions, or provide helpful responses based on information you choose to provide. Do not enter information you do not want processed for these features. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, so you should review important information before relying on it.

6. Notifications

Life Tracker AI may use local or scheduled notifications to remind you about agenda items, bills, birthdays, or other information you choose to save. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings.

7. How We Share Information

• We do not sell personal information
• We do not use personal information for third-party advertising tracking
• We may share information with service providers that help operate the app, for example services such as Firebase and Google Cloud, Apple services, cloud hosting, and analytics or diagnostic tools if used, as well as payment and subscription systems
• We may disclose information if required by law, to help protect rights and safety, or to help prevent misuse of the service

8. Data Storage and Security

• User data may be stored using cloud services such as Firebase and Google Cloud
• We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect information
• No system is completely secure
• You should help keep your account credentials secure

9. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain user-provided data for as long as we need it to provide the app or as required by law. You can delete specific items in the app where those features are available. You may contact us to request deletion of your account or personal information, subject to legal or technical limitations.

10. Children’s Privacy

Life Tracker AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. Your Choices

• You can manage location permission in your device settings
• You can manage notification permission in your device settings
• You can manage subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings
• You can edit or delete saved items in the app where available
• You can contact support for privacy questions or deletion requests

12. Third-Party Services

Depending on the features you use, Life Tracker AI may interact with the following (and similar) services: Apple App Store and StoreKit for subscriptions; Apple Maps for maps, directions, and location suggestions; Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, database, cloud functions, and hosting; OpenAI or other AI providers if AI features send user-provided content for processing; and analytics or crash reporting tools if those are in use in the app.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
