1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Life Tracker AI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. About Life Tracker AI

Life Tracker AI is a personal organization app designed to help users manage agenda items, reminders, bills, birthdays, lists, saved event locations, notifications, and related information. Some features may use AI assistance to help organize information or generate suggestions.

3. User Accounts

You may need an account to access sync, subscription, or personalized features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for providing accurate information when using the app.

4. User Content

You retain responsibility for the information and content you add to Life Tracker AI, including agenda items, birthdays, bills, notes, lists, locations, reminders, and other data. You grant Life Tracker AI and Nexora 13 permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, provide, and improve the app’s features.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data
• Interfere with app security or operation
• Upload or enter malicious code
• Misuse AI features or attempt to generate harmful content
• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights

6. Reminders, Bills, Dates, and Notifications

Life Tracker AI may help you track bills, birthdays, agenda items, and reminders. The app is provided as an organizational tool only. You are responsible for verifying dates, amounts, deadlines, payment details, and reminders. Nexora 13 is not responsible for missed payments, missed events, incorrect reminders, late fees, penalties, or other losses resulting from reliance on the app.

7. Maps, Locations, and Directions

Life Tracker AI may allow you to search for and save locations for agenda items and open directions using your device’s maps app. Location suggestions and directions are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable. You are responsible for verifying addresses, routes, travel times, and safety before traveling. Life Tracker AI does not guarantee the accuracy of map results or directions. The app does not provide emergency navigation or safety-critical routing.

8. AI Features

Life Tracker AI may include AI-assisted features that generate suggestions, summaries, responses, or organizational help. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI output before relying on it. The app does not provide professional advice, including legal, financial, medical, tax, or safety advice.

9. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Payments and subscription management are handled through the Apple App Store. Subscription terms, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are governed by Apple’s applicable terms and your App Store settings. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled in your Apple account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings. Nexora 13 does not receive or store full payment card information.

10. Free Trials, Promotions, and Pricing Changes

If free trials, introductory offers, discounts, or promotions are offered, they may be subject to additional terms and may change or end at any time. Pricing may change in the future, subject to App Store rules and any required notices.

11. Privacy

Your use of Life Tracker AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Third-Party Services

Life Tracker AI may rely on third-party services to provide certain features, including Apple services, Apple Maps, Apple App Store and StoreKit, Firebase and Google Cloud, cloud hosting, AI providers, analytics, diagnostics, or other service providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

13. Availability and Changes to the App

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

14. No Warranty

Life Tracker AI is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nexora 13 does not guarantee that the app will meet your needs, be error-free, or produce accurate results.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexora 13 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses related to missed reminders, missed payments, incorrect information, app downtime, data loss, inaccurate AI output, inaccurate map results, or reliance on the app.

16. Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for your use of Life Tracker AI and for any content you enter. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexora 13 from claims arising from your misuse of the app, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if we believe a user has violated these Terms, misused the app, created risk, or violated applicable law. You may stop using the app at any time.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
